李代桃僵,成语,李树代替桃树而死,原比喻兄弟互相爱护互相帮助,后转用来比喻以此代彼或代人受过,出自北宋 郭茂倩《乐府诗集·鸡鸣》:“桃在露井上,李树在桃旁,虫来啮桃根,李树代桃僵。树木身相代,兄弟还相忘！”

在军事战略上,三十六计之一,指在敌我双方势均力敌,或者敌优我劣的情况下,用小的代价,换取大的胜利的谋略,很像象棋中的“舍车保帅”战术。
