英国Thrash，Death Metal Warlord a Death，Thrash Metal band was born in Birmingham ( Kings Norton) formed around 1993 with original members Mark Warlord White ， Mick Gorst ， Andrew Stone & a drum machine. Warlord booked themselves into Bob Lamb's studio's, Bob had found fame with a local band and now 3 Warlords were banging his door ...... Warlord plugged in the guitars and drum machine and blasted out there only 3 tracks ... Animosity ， Stormbringer ， Rise ， before Warlord had left the studio 3 hours later Bob Lamb had signed them the band to his management company. Warlord and Bob worked together over the next 3 years, within that 3 years we recruited Neil Hutton on drums.. this was to work out fantastic. In 95 Bob Lamb parted company with Warlord, also Neil Hutton while helping out Benediction on a euro tour joined them. It was something Warlord expected and wished Neil as the best, Neil went on to play in Stomping Ground as well as the Benny's...Neil and Warlord till this day still have a very strong friendship. Then came Neil Farrington, a big man and a hard hitter on the kit, he killed drum sticks for a living !!! Warlord were up and running in no time at all and it was in late 95 that Warlord signed to Nuclear Blast and released Maximum carnage in 96...up till this point Warlord had supported Napalm Death ， Cancer ， Cerebral Fix ， Entombed ， GBH ， At The Gates ， and many many more plus headlining all over the UK. Maximum Carnage was released in 96 and a European tour followed with Benediction, it was a massive success but the tour was such a success it brought the end to Warlord who now had to be called Warlord UK as there was an American rock band with the same name. Warlord UK had such a great time playing in Europe that once back on English soil the scene at the time just was not like it was in Europe and with all 3 in full time work it was not easy just to down tools and play abroad so after a few years Warlord UK hung up there guitars in 1998. In 2008 Mark and Neil decided to get Warlord back out there, Mark contacted Neil and Neil agreed straight away. Since reforming Warlord have headlined on the unsigned stage in Norway ( Inferno Fest ) also Maximum Carnage was re-released on Metal Mind Records, have supported Napalm Death ， Obituary ， Evile， and headlined for Terrorizer Grindhouse events many times, headlined all over the UK plus Warlord signed to Copro Records and released Evil Within. The line up has changed a few times since 2008 Neil Farrington himself left Warlord in Aug 09 and was replaced with Ben Dunn. In December 09 was the biggest tragedy. Neil Farrington took his own life and this hit all who knew Neil very hard !! do not want to go into detail as its a tender subject but the big man is missed by many !! In January 2010 Warlord supported Napalm Death and dedicated the set to Neil and dedicated Change to Neil, it was met with a massive cheer from the crowd m， Neil Farrington will always remain in the Warlord hall of fame. Warlord have continued to gig all over the UK and members Mark ， Gaz ， Brooksie ， Ben just keep doing what they love best ( playing live ) a 3rd album is in the making and is set for release in 2013. Warlord UK loving the chaos, no frills and no salmon sandwiches in the dressing room !! spit and saw dust metal.. BE A WARLORD OR DIE !!!
