剧情

一个国家级英雄人物去世了,政府把他的工会卡作为陪葬品埋进了坟墓,但是他的遗孀需要这张卡来领取养老金。她请她侄子帮忙,但侄子的努力很快陷入了无穷尽的官僚程序中,让他欲哭无泪。
