In a phone support facility, night operator Stephanie chooses security guard Bill over the phones. Attempting to prove their advantages over computers, the phone operators decide going the extra mile. Nancy therefore lets phone repairman Tom pull her under the desk so caller "Big Dick" would think he's the one who gets her excited. Supervisor Loni consents to boss Mr. Fishbait.
