alan rossett is a michigan-born actor and playwright who appeared in new york in the creation of "many loves" (1959) at the living theatre. he played iago to james earl jone`s "othello" at the brooklyn academy of music (1960). based in paris since 1961, he has directed twelve of his french language plays with his own theatre company.
