a psychological, drug-induced thriller about a man awakening after surgery, struggling to shake off the haze of operative anesthesia. continued medication pushes his body into a morphine-induced coma, while his mind struggles through terrifying hallucinations and visions. he awakens while receiving another dose, realizing he must race against the rising tide of morphine to find reality before being swallowed by the encroaching darkness of his subconscious mind.
