《魔鬼的车轮》讲述了Советский моряк Шорин увлексяв парке Ленинградского Народного дома случайной знакомой. Герой, отстав от корабля, попадаетв компанию уголовников— обитателей хазы—и становится дезертиром. Совершивс новыми дружками ряд воровских налетов, Шорин возвращается на корабльи предстает перед судом своих товарищей, после чего милиция организовывает облаву на хазу.В завязавшейся перестрелке гибнет главарь банды— «Человек-вопрос.»
