香港特别行政区政府驻北京办事处(简称香港特区驻京办或香港驻京办,英文:office of the government of the hong kong special administrative region in beijing)是中华人民共和国香港特别行政区政府根据《中华人民共和国香港特别行政区基本法》第二十二条设立的派驻北京的办事处,隶属于香港特别行政区政府政制及内地事务局。办事处成立于1999年3月4日,主任是傅小慧。

香港特别行政区政府驻北京办事处原隶属政制事务局,2007年7月1日决策局重组后划入新成立的政制及内地事务局。
