诺尔·加拉格,1967年5月29日出生于英国曼彻斯特,歌手、前绿洲乐队词曲作者,第二主唱,主音吉他。

1988年,诺埃尔-加拉格作为巡回乐队管理员与吉他技术人员加入了当地乐队inspiral carpets的巡演,其后以作曲人的身份为oasis写歌,领导着oasis的前进方向。

2011年,发行了个人专辑《noel gallagher's high flying birds》,凭借该专辑获得2012年度全英音乐奖最佳男艺人提名。2015年,发行专辑《chasing yesterday》并于发行的第一周在英国流行音乐排行榜获得第一名 。
