Based on Goldoni's 18th-century comedy The Servant of Two Masters, in One Man, Two Guvnors James Corden plays the role of Francis Henshall, suddenly finds himself with two new masters - played by Oliver Chris and Jemima Rooper - on the same day. Fired from his skiffle band, Francis Henshall becomes minder to Roscoe Crabbe, a small time East End hood, now in Brighton to collect £6,000 from his fiancee’s dad. But Roscoe is really his sister Rachel posing as her own dead brother, who’s been killed by her boyfriend Stanley Stubbers. Holed up at The Cricketers’ Arms, the permanently ravenous Francis spots the chance of an extra meal ticket and takes a second job with one Stanley Stubbers, who is hiding from the police and waiting to be re-united with Rachel. To prevent discovery, Francis must keep his two guvnors apart.

iberian@@@@@我真是全身心的爱这个剧以及里面的每一个人。我在剧场看了一次后,就为了对比他们搬来美国演后是怎么本土化的,我又去电影院看了录像。不过喜剧还是看现场带感,而且录的这场观众不给力,所以演员也没发挥出来,有点可惜了....
