丽莲·吉许(lillian gish,1893年10月14日—1993年2月27日),出生于美国斯普林菲尔德,是一名默片时代演员。

丽莲·吉许的生日比电影的诞生还要早一点,是美国第一任甜心,被称为“银幕第一女士”。其演艺生涯跨越了四分之三个世纪,堪称美国电影历史的见证人。1993年2月27日去世。1999年,她被美国电影学会评为“百年来最伟大的女演员”第17名。

代表作品有《一个国家的诞生》、《党同伐异》、《世界之心》、《八月的鲸鱼》等。
