After moving to Mexico City, Marco Antonio Muñiz teamed up with Juan Neri and Héctor González forming a successful threesome called Los Tres Ases. In 1960, he left the popular trio to pursue a solo career, achieving memorable moments while singing with Javier Solis, Maria Felix, Pedro Vargas, and Lola Beltran among other artists, having the opportunity to deliver his romantic ballads on the most important stages around the world, including New York's Madison Square Garden and Paris' Olimpia. During five decades, Marco Antonio Muñiz toured worldwide and released more than 60 records. His legacy has been preserved by his sons Jorge Muñiz, singer and a TV host affectionally known as El Coque, and Antonio Carlos Muñiz.
