park is a korean who has controlled the gangland of harbin in manchuria. he loses an eye by an evil scheme of ma cheon-pyeong's crime circle. park plans to revenge and sets off to find him with one of the independence fighters, kim seung. finally, they find the crime ring and park succeeds in his revenge. also he reunites with his wife who was taken as a hostage. meanwhile, kim seung donates the money he got from the crime circle to the korean independence fighters for their funds.
