by jason ankenybest known as the vocalist and chief songwriter of the ska band king apparatus, chris murray began his solo career in 1995 with the release of the lp the 4-track adventures of venice shoreline chris through n.y.c.-based moon. a series of appearances on compilation records also followed in the years to come. 4-trackaganza! was issued in early 2001 on asian man records, and raw appeared in the fall of 2002. the 4-track adventures was reissued a year later.
