俄罗斯Heavy/Power Metal乐队，组建于2012年。 Estate was founded in 2012 by Vadim Lalayan (bass) and Dmitriy Mauzer (vocals/keyboards) who formed the first line-up of the band. The new band immediately attracted attention of music fans for its originality. Musicians jokingly called their style of music LIGHT’ N’ DANCE METAL because of amazing extraordinary atmosphere of their live shows full of dances, fun and rock’n’roll. Estate is a group of people united together by similar religious beliefs, traditions and customs. We have a sense of honor, valor, heroism, freedom, love. So all these concepts are reflected in our music influenced by Helloween, Scorpions, Firehouse and other bands of 80′s. In 2012 Estate took part in several local music fests and in 2013 we shared the stage with Doro, Michael Schenker and Kipelov (ex-Aria). In spring of 2014 the debut album has been recorded. Alex Chumakov from Overwind took part in recording sessions as a guest vocalist.
