Fadik works at Cevriye's circus. They are like a family. From time to time they give Bahri the bully some money for "protection". Memo is employed as a janitor in the circus. One day as Bahri and his gang comes to the circus, he hits them and saves the circus from Bahri.Fadik and Memo fall in love with each other. Fadik misunderstands a conversation and thinks that Memo wishes to get married to her, yet Memo doesn't turn up. Fadik sees a book about the circus named "Fadime the Circus Rose", which is written by Aydin. Aydin is in fact Memo. When Fadik sees Memo, she understands the truth and leaves. In the meantime Bahri and his gang set the circus on fire and Memo believes that Fadik has died in the fire. Fadik starts singing under the alias Leyla and she gets very rich and famous. Memo falls in love with her. Now, it's time for Fadik to play a trick. She says "no", as the clerk asks for her "yes" on their wedding. She says that she wants the humble Memo, not the a haughty Aydin.
