简介

巴格达有一个年轻英俊、精力旺盛的窃贼,有一天他突发奇想,乔装成贵族混入巴格达宫殿,对美丽的公主一见倾心。侍卫将他抓住并严刑拷打,公主将他救出,还送他一枚象征爱情的戒指。这时,许多慕公主美名来到巴格达的求婚者向公主展开了攻势,公主出的考题是:谁能找到最稀有的宝贝就嫁给谁。在清真寺受圣人指点后,窃贼历尽艰苦、战胜险恶,带着宝贝归来,并打败了邪恶的蒙古王查桑和他的2万军队,使巴格达王国幸免于难,如愿以偿地获得了爱情和幸福——美丽的公主。

  • Maxthor@@@2019-6-9 15:19:35@@@0@@@传统民间传说的银幕化改编非常成功的例子，除开在20年代略显冗长的时长外，影片的画面、布景、服饰都非常还原中世纪阿拉伯国家的样貌；Douglas Fairbanks的无言胜有声的肢体表演与矫健的身姿着实给影片加分不少，配乐尽管缺少一丝区分度，但依然很好地服务于默片剧情；从影片中看出双重曝光、借位和叠化等基本剪辑手法的灵活运用，在电影特效技术未成熟的年代更能体现电影人的想象力和智慧。
