Titi and Marius, two friends who fought together during the revolution of 1989, follow very different social and political paths in its aftermath. An African state under the military dictatorship of President personally, abandoned embassies, putting them in awkward situation. Eighteen months Endola abandoned by the Republic embassy in Bucharest has never paid any bill. Called urgent Foreign Ministry, Ambassador Patrick calls for repatriation. After a series of events in which Patrick is involved with Marius and Titi (young heroes of the Revolution of December), it seems possible repatriation. Taking advantage of the situation, Titi plans to sell the embassy building.
