脓毒血症

脓毒症是指由感染因素引起的全身炎症反应综合征,严重时可导致器官功能障碍和(或)循环障碍,是严重创伤、烧伤、休克、感染和外科大手术等常见的并发症。按脓毒症严重程度可分脓毒症、严重脓毒症和脓毒性休克,进一步发展可导致多器官功能障碍综合征等。
