《望厦条约》又称《中美五口通商章程》,英文为“treaty of peace, amity, and commerce, between the united states of america and the chinese empire”,是1844年(道光二十四年)7月3日清朝与美国在澳门的望厦村签订的不平等条约,也是清政府与美国签订的第一个不平等条约。
