She has toured all over the UK, Europe and Mauritius with the National Youth Orchestra of Scotland, which she led on their tours of th UK and Ireland and has twice won the Daughter of Dewar Award. She graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Music (BMus) from King's College London in 2009. Whilst at King's, she studied violin with Diana Cummings at The Royal Academy of Music. She has since completed a Masters in Violin Performance with Clare Thompson at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and dance, where she performed in masterclasses with numerous eminent violinists including Tasmin Little and Andrew Haveron. Nandita is has recently completed a Postgraduate Artist Diploma at Trinity Laban, continuing her studies with Clare Thompson as a Trinity Laban and a Trinity College London Scholar. Nandita undertakes freelance work with various orchestras in and around London, and also teaches violin and piano in London and Hertfordshire. Since then, she has received tuition from Edmund Wilson, who was instrumental in introducing her to the viola at the age of eight, and Harry Cawood. After graduating with a BMus Degree, Elin has recently finished her final year of the Master of Music course at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance with Distinction, studying with Rivka Golani and was supported by the Shield Award, the Stanley Picker Trust and as a Trinity College London Scholar. She is the winner of the 2016 City Livery Club Music Award, the 2014 Vera Kantrovich Prize for Solo Bach, and has performed in masterclasses with Martin Outram, Laszlo Barsonay, Aleksandar Milosev and Jiri Zigmund. A member of the Southbank Sinfonia 2017, Elin is a keen orchestral and chamber musician, playing with ensembles including the college Symphony Orchestra, the London Firebird Orchestra and as a principal viola of the National Youth Orchestra of Wales. Previous to this Olivia graduated with distinction for her Masters degree in cello performance at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance; where she was awarded a Trinity College scholarship, Pauline Holden Scholarship and a South Square Scholarship. Whilst at Trinity, Olivia has participated in many masterclasses with renowned cellists, including Raphael Wallfisch, Lionel Handy, Daniel Vies, Leonard Elchenbroich, Alexander Ivashkin and Sally Pendlebury, has lead numerous orchestral projects and has been awarded the Barbirolli Memorial Award for solo cello two years running in 2015 and 2016. Olivia has been a member of the Camilli String Quartet since 2013. The quartet were the winners of the Trinity Laban John Barbirolli Competition 2015 and awarded a place on the Richard Carne Chamber Mentorship Scheme.
